How do I properly store it?

To maintain the integrity and prolong the shelf life of your products, store them in a cool, dry place and use clean hands when dispensing. Sudden temperature fluctuations can affect the product's consistency.

Our standard processing time is 2-5 business days before shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Customs taxes will be included in the price based on the regulations of the destination country or region.

What should I do if my package shows "delivered" but I haven't received it?

Sap Skin is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" but not received. Please check with your local postman, neighbors, or facility manager/post office first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact Sap Skin Customer Support.
