If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within30 daysof the purchase date.
To initiate a return, please contact us atsupport@sapskin.comwith your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant details. Returning is your responsibility and you are required to pay the cost of postage at your nearest post shop.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us atsupport@sapskin.comwithin7 daysof receiving your order. Include a photo of the damaged or defective item and your order number.
We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
Refunds may not include any shipping charges initially paid at checkout.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
Products not purchased directly through our website (https://sapskin.com) are not eligible for a return or refund. Please contact the original seller for assistance.
5. Exchanges
We don't accept exchanges for other items. We can provide a refund and you can make another purchase on our website.
6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item unless it is due to a defective or incorrect product on our part.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
