Shipping policy

At Sap Skin, we aim to provide reliable and affordable shipping for all our customers. We currently offer standard domestic shipping across Australia through Australia Post.

Thanks for shopping with us. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW, via Australia Post with tracking included on every order.

Processing time

Orders are picked, packed and lodged within 0–2 business days of payment being received. Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post Express Post. Estimated delivery windows below are total time from order placement to arrival, and include our processing time.

Please note:

  • Delivery to Darwin and Perth outside the CBD typically adds 1–2 business days, as these areas sit outside Australia Post's next-business-day Express network.
  • Genuinely remote destinations (remote NT, the Kimberley, far north QLD, and remote islands such as Norfolk Island, Christmas Island and Lord Howe Island) may take up to 9 business days.
  • All delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, EOFY), public holidays, and due to factors outside our control such as weather events or network disruptions.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au/mypost/track or via the AusPost app.

Delivery & Authority to Leave

By default, Australia Post will attempt delivery and leave your parcel in a safe location if no one is home. If they determine there is no safe place to leave it, the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection, and a card will be left at the address.

If you'd prefer your parcel to require a signature on delivery, please contact us before your order is dispatched and we'll arrange this for an additional fee.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided on your order and cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection from a Post Office, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery at your cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

In the unlikely event your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your-email@example.com] with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with Australia Post to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

All parcels are sent with up to $100 of cover included as standard. If you'd like additional Extra Cover on your order, please get in touch before dispatch.

Public holidays

We don't ship on weekends or Australian public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day. Please allow extra time for delivery around major holidays.
