At Sap Skin, we strive to provide you with high-quality skincare products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 90 days of the purchase date.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sapskin.com with your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant details. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with your return.
- Please bear in mind, that you will be responsible for paying the postage charge for returning the item.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at support@sapskin.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the damaged or defective item and your order number.
- We will review your case and, if approved, we will send a replacement, or issue a full refund.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be the full amount paid, including any shipping charges paid at checkout.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
- Products not purchased directly through our website (https://sapskin.com) are not eligible for a return or refund. Please contact the original seller for assistance.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@sapskin.com with your order details and photo evidence of the defect.
6. Shipping Returns
- To return your product, please send it to the following address:
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item unless it is due to a defective or incorrect product on our part.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
