it is lovely to put on and doesn't dry my skin out

Very poor customer service and product lacks consistency. I subscribed after getting my first bottle- loved the smell and was very happy. The second bottle was completely different-thick, dark and had a weird smell…..not enjoyable to use. The third (and last) bottle took a month to arrive…said it was shipped (but wasnt according to auspost) took multiple emails which werenjnitially not responded to. Finally got the product which was different again…looks just like shampoo and has very little smell. I have canceled my subscription and do not recommend this company at all. Its a shame because the original bottle was lovely.
